As a professional football player I know how difficult is to achieve great results in fitness preparation and conditioning. I have learned a lot entering the program with Duke Institute of Fitness and Sports from the staff because of their high education and experience. After my football career I am planning to start my career in fitness industry and  DIFS offered me great chance to make a good foundations for my future life goals and professional plans.
