Objective
The main objective of the module Practical Knowledge in Fitness is to present, explain and demonstrate some of the most common
and most efficient exercises to build your body and body of your clients.
There is a lot of great exercises to build your body but we decided to demonstrate only the most common.
Duke Institute of Fitness and Sports encourage the students to explore and learn other forms of exercises and ways to improve their fitness status.
Through this demonstration you will be able to learn how to perform certain exercise, main benefits and also most common mistakes done by performing each exercise.
